Originally from London, my 8-Year Oil & Gas career brought me the opportunity to leave the UK and embark on new business development frontiers in the Middle East. I worked in Dubai for the majority of my 11 years in the Middle East, with some time spent living in Kuwait and Oman. I was part of a 4-person team who started up a new Facilities Management division focusing on the Middle East & Asia, acquiring $120m of business in its first year, which led to a $1B IPO event for the company. After a career break I went back to work Project Managing house remodel contracts before moving onto the opportunity to take on a new Brand Manager position at Autotrader UAE. This was a dream job as I have always been passionate about cars. I built and managed a Marketing team, as well as delivering the very first Supercar Show in Dubai, which I completed within 6 months on budget with 30,000 visitors.Personal events relocated my family to San Francisco, where I built a home baking business and became the VP on the School Foundation Board. I was personally accountable for organizing and running the fund-raising events and marketing campaign throughout the year to raise the annual target of $350,000, which we exceeded during my tenure as VP. I joined the Origaudio team in 2017 for a fresh new challenge, working directly with the co-Founder & President, and dove headfirst into the world of promotional products. My ever-evolving role as Chief of Staff at Origaudio had me taking on many challenges. While a 7-Year old company when I joined, it was still a start-up environment that needed help to become more structured and organized to enable continued growth and stability. I worked in every facet of the business to build the team and bring about much-needed procedural changes, managing a diverse Leadership Team, as well as the day-to-day support of the President & COO, which ultimately converged into the company being acquired by HPG and becoming part of a $200m enterprise.Sadly my nearly 3 year tenure at Origaudio came to a premature end due to the pandemic. This led me to my Chief of Staff role at Proxxy where I was a fractional CoS for a Venture Capital Start-up, a Law Firm, a CEO Coaching company, a Chiropractor, and a Recruitment company providing strategic leadership to their business. My current chapter brings me to Cognizer and the ground-breaking world of Artificial Intelligence and how it can be applied to business contract intelligence. Here I'm deploying EOS + OKRs to great effect to build a strong strategic core to the business.

Vice President Operations & TreasurerCognizer Inc Jul 2023 - PresentPleasanton, California, UsI am fortunate enough to be industry-agnostic with my broad skillset and made an intentional, strategic move into the world of AI in 2022, before it really hit the mainstream media. I work closely with our Visionary CEO in the Integrator role as VP, Operations. The CEO, our Chief Customer Officer and myself comprise the Office of the President for the business. Chief Of StaffOrigaudio Dec 2017 - Apr 2020Danville, California, UsAs Chief of Staff I worked directly with the President of Origaudio (a $25m promotional products company) and acted in his stead to run the day-to-day business operations of the company. I was responsible for every facet of the business operations, as well as strategic decision making in alignment with our parent company’s (HPG) goals and cultural development of the company. The most rewarding part of my role was mentoring the Leadership Team to help them elevate their careers and support their successes. I undertook a Leadership Training Program for my own career development and used this valuable education to help teach my team to be more effective leaders. I was responsible for project managing all of our due diligence activities for our successful acquisition by Hub Promotional Group in 2018. This key partnership was a pivotal moment in the Origaudio success story. HPG was the 8th largest company in the billion-dollar promotional products industry at the time of acquisition. In addition to all company administration duties, I managed the following teams: Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, HR and Systems. I worked continuously to maximize our team collaboration across all activities. Communication is key to a healthy organization so I worked on many fronts to continuously improve our performance in this area. During the latter part of my tenure in this role, I took on some important strategic projects for HPG at a corporate level. I was the Project Manager for the transition of the Origaudio business in southern California into a sister HPG company in Utah. This project delivered annual savings of approximately $1.5m through consolidation of operational facilities. I also worked closely with the CEO of HPG on a number of other corporate projects aimed at strengthening our HPG corporate culture and building robust Corporate Governance into the future development of the $200m+ enterprise. -

Vice PresidentTassajara Hills Foundation Aug 2016 - Jun 2017Danville, California, Ushe Foundation is a non-profit, voluntary organization at my children’s then Elementary School that raises funds for school programs. Having been an active Board Member for over a year, I was voted in as Vice President of the Board to help oversee the fund-raising events and actively participate in executing the events. In addition to this role, I also produced all the Marketing and Communication material for all the events, as well as the Board information sent out to the parent community. This role was quite challenging as the Board needed to raise $350k every year in order to fund vital programs within the school, such as the Reading Room. This important service is wholly funded by the funds raised by Board activities and would not exist without all the hard work of the volunteers. During my tenure as VP, we exceeded our fund-raising goal by $50k so we were delighted to have provided some extra items much-needed by the School. By happy accident, I created and donated a cake to the school auction that sold for $1,800, which is what sparked my home baking business. -

I was responsible for Marketing and Business Development and managed a team who covered Public Relations, Editorial, Digital Media, Social Media, Advertising, Events and Distribution. This was a strategic and management role that involved process improvement for the company as a whole, helping the company expand into new areas and optimizing existing business operations. In February 2013 I delivered a 3-day Supercar Show in Dubai Festival City, UAE, which was the first of its kind in Dubai, and the first ever event for Auto Trader. I successfully managed and executed all the planning, organization and preparations for the event. The Show received over 30,000 visitors, including local Royalty, and showcased 300 of the world’s rarest and mostexpensive supercars. Every aspect was managed by myself from sourcing sub-contractors and suppliers, to working with advertisers, government entities, plus all the planning and budgeting.
