Maintained a continuous source of information and availability of the active base of talent and client. Took appropriate and timely measures to meet the needs of the talent and clients. Maintained open line of communication with the active field staff and clients with appropriate follow-up. Uncover clients' and field staffs' needs, situations, and problems by asking questions. Retain flexible schedules in order to service clients and field staff requests and/or handle issues, in addition to support after hours and/or on-call duties. Responsible for office success if and when the Market Manager is absent. Assist Market (Branch) Manager with Human Resources, Quality Assurance, aging and Accounts Receivable functions as it relates to healthcare talent.
