As a Franchisee Field Consultant, I am involved in supporting our franchisees in Canada and the US, while they are growing and managing their businesses. I support the franchisees with regularly scheduled phone calls, site visits, sales training, specialty program development ,and operational guidance and support. Additionally, my role is to assist with the quality of services delivered including a performance improvement program, competency of staff and compliance with state, provincial and federal guidelines. By working together, we are achieving an important goal to allow more clients in need of home care services to learn about and receive quality services in their homes.
