Online/face-to-face Needs Assessor (DSA) – Perth College (UHI) since 2015 & Edinburgh College (Access Centre) since 2018. I have over 17 years’ experience as a need’s assessor. Completed needs assessment; producing reports to the required standard as expected by the awarding body SAAS. I take great pride in providing a positive experience for students who require a needs assessment and my excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable me to create an environment which encourages the student to share personal and sensitive information about challenges in their life that affect their studies, so I can make recommendations for support that is tailored to their needs.
