I grew up in Detroit, Michigan and received an MBA from the University of Michigan. I have worked in diverse industries, more recently focusing on health care and non-profits with 25+ years of consulting, design, and facilitation experience.My consulting experience focuses on change related to developing and implementing new organization-wide programs and processes (compensation, performance management, and career development). This often involves redefining/restructuring functional areas, defining leadership titling and related criteria, and defining job levels. Projects include consultation, assessment, (re)design & implementation and training. They include:• independent reviews/audits of pay programs, • interviews & focus groups to guide (re)design of compensation programs, • redesign of compensation function and training/mentoring of staff, • working as a project manager with internal staff, and • functioning as an outsourced compensation function. Certified as a Compensation Professional, I work with organizations to create and implement strategic rewards programs. Through my consulting company, Sedona Partners, I have the flexibility to assist you in achieving your compensation goals. Prior experience includes leading Compensation teams at Mercer where I was a Principal, as well as Towers Perrin.
