Management of International Bonus Database—Led in the development of the International Bonus Plan Database which involved Simple Plan Programming on an Access database.Was the sole manager of non-US bonus plans which ranged from bonus plan development, liaising with and training counterparts (Directors of Compensation and Benefits) in four continent offices, working with programmers to test plan design changes, managing data entry, and delivering bonus certificates to associates in the field and at headquarters. (Bonus database grew from 170 incumbents in 40 plans in 1999 to 125 plans serving 1000 associates in 4 continent databases in 2012.)Expatriate Balance Sheet and Total Cost Workups—Created expatriate cost workups.
