I have ten years of experience in customer service, including six years as an Administrative Coordinator. Currently, I work as a Front House Supervisor in a restaurant, having been promoted after spending five years as a server and then as a cashier.In addition to my proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, I have developed strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service abilities, and problem-solving skills through my ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and personalities.I am passionate about helping others achieve their personal goals, and I aspire to further challenge myself in the field dedicated to settlement service and education.Recently, I have been taking courses and participating in training and volunteering opportunities, including occupational training in professional business administration and management skills at TDSB and GBC.
