• Design and Validation of Next-Generation Sequencing(NGS) Panel for inherited diseases and different types of cancers.1.Assisted Industry-Academy Cooperation project "A machine learning approach for detecting biomarkers to predict the response after chemoradiation treatment in Esophageal cancer" in Taipei Veterans General Hospital.2.Assisted research project which focuses on "An NGS Approach for the detection of genetic variants with direct impact on male infertility".• Assisting in protocol development and troubleshooting all NGS issues.• Develop, track, and report projects and integrate company-wide projects• Process and integrate experimental results using customized bioinformatics tools.• Responsible for managing project workflow, including prioritizing project objectives, and establishing time frames for projects.

• Analyzing National Health Insurance Research Database (NHIRD) and generating statistical report use Statistical Analysis Software (SAS).• Assisted research project which focuses on "Health Risk Assessment Associated With The Particulate Matter Emitted In Central Taiwan" by Environmental Protection Administration.• Provide Biostatistics and programming support, for producing analysis data sets, listings, summaries, figures, and tables for Environmental impact assessment.
