Deliverable Manager and part of the Project Management Office (PMO) Team supporting the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) implementation of a licensing regulatory management system. Provide execution of the Project Management Plan for deliverable reviews and the acceptance process for both PMO and Systems Integrator (SI) deliverables—including providing initial quality assurance (QA) of technical deliverables, by leveraging BA and technical writing experience, prior to submission to FDACS for formal review. Maintain the project’s SharePoint site as the document repository and use JIRA to manage deliverables, the review process, assign and status tasks. Created and maintain a deliverable tracker documenting deliverable submission through approval—including quality metrics associated with the deliverable review and acceptance process and timeliness of submitted deliverables. Created and maintain project templates for deliverables and authored the Project Style and Writing Guide to ensure project standardization and branding. Facilitate deliverable walk-throughs and joint remediation sessions with FDACS and the SI. Actively participate in both client and team meetings. Manage the onboarding/off-boarding of individuals to the project to include coordination of state required activities and project specific requirements for the PMO, SI and other vendor resources. Authored the project welcome and onboarding presentation and provided onboarding training to all new staff. Created and maintain an inventory of project vendor personnel that includes onboarding/off-boarding, contact information, key resources, assigned FDACS equipment and asset tag numbers, badges and security training certificates.

As part of the Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Team on the Florida PALM Project (Project), I review all aspects of the Project and perform an objective evaluation of deliverables. Having highly developed skills in both written and verbal communication, I not only have the ability to analyze, but to distill and communicate the results of that analysis in a form that will help direct the Project to success. Working with Project Management, Track Managers, and Project Sponsors I perform an in-depth review of the Project's foundational documents (e.g., charter, scope statement, business case justification, etc.) and review the various planning and strategy documents (e.g., standards and procedures, communication plan, risk management, collaboration strategy, etc.) and identify specific improvements that will make a tangible difference to the Project. I manage and organize a team of SMEs and make work assignments as appropriate.
