The Research Operations Specialist is responsible for carrying out ad ingestion andother operational tasks for research studies.  This role is part of the Research team andreports into the Director of Research Management.Responsibilities:Assist the research management team in research study implementation and analysis by completing operational tasks including:- Ad ingestion- Trimming ads- Creating and editing Brand / Product / Company Heirarchies- Filling out CID mapping forms- Finding/labeling dupes- Cleaning up content database- Labeling ads that may have detection problems- Ad hoc content-related requests- Checking networks feeds/screenshot tool - Studying accuracy of data from different feeds- Other operational requests as neededLiaise between Research team and Data Science, Engineering, and Product on any updates or issues with ingestion tools- Troubleshooting ingestion problems- Identifying capture issues- Attend weekly Capture meetings to communicate ingestion and capture problems to Engineers- Attend Product meetings, to assist in design of new problems- Attend Research meetings to communicate problems and new developments to Research team- Work with the Data Science team to identify non-trivial issues- Follow up on resolution of reported issues- Work with the Product Team and test new ingestion releases
