Hardware Department Associate. I work with customers to provide them with the products they need for their home improvement projects. This also includes keeping the shelves stocked with product and priced. I also provide the following services for our customers: key cutting, lock rekeying, glass and plexiglass cutting, rope and chain cutting, ventilated shelf cutting. I also special order product not stocked at our store.

Processed all inbound freight purchase orders. Filed shortage and damage claims with freight companies and vendors. Shipped product to other stores. Processed returns to vendors for credit. Scheduled appointments for freight delivery and pick up. Unloaded freight trucks and scanned product checking for shortages and damages.
