Lead a team of sales support staff to provide assistance to 50+ staffing managers and employees.

Responsible for the marketing, sales, and project oversight for multiple markets throughout the state of Ohio. Primarily worked with landlords surrounding college and university areas to increase their energy efficiency. My position required a blend of project management, network weaving, marketing, development, and ultimately sales.

One of fourteen leaders throughout Appalachia chosen by the Highlander center to be placed in a community and work on a cross sector project surrounding new economy transition. My placement was within the Appalachian Center for Economic Networks (ACEnet), partnering with the city and county, Rural Action Inc and UpGrade Athens County to build a locally based and focused green economy. Through this role I helped to formalize UpGrade Athens County and provided all the foundational processes needed such as volunteer coordination, program planning, grant writing and reporting, metrics, etc. I also worked with ACEnet to assist local business owners in applying for federal grant funds and adopting clean and renewable energies into their business models and properties.
