Carol Day is a visionary leader within the fitness community. Her transformative approach to wellness inspires action from those around her. As the Regional Director of Operations for Active Wellness, she has implemented many successful wellness programs that delight clients and colleagues alike. She has a wealth of knowledge accumulated over 30 years of managing operations, budgets, instructing, training, and leading a loyal and skillful team.Carol is innovative where it matters most. She has won CA Fit Business awards in 2009 and 2010, and Healthiest Employer Award in 2011. She was recognized as an outstanding senior manager in 2012. She was a Member of the WELCOA faculty and IHRSA institute 2016 and 2017.Carol’s yoga training and specialties include a 200-hour certification with Yoga Works, FireFlex Yoga, trauma informed yoga, Pre and Post-natal yoga, Les Mills Yoga Flow classes and working with cancer survivors through Stanford University.
