Carol DeLeon Ulrich is Vice President of Property Management for The Goldenberg Group, one of Pennsylvania region’s most diverse, private development companies. Ms. Ulrich is responsible for overseeing and providing direction of the day-to-day operations for a large portfolio of 2.3 million square feet of commercial retail space in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She oversees operations and property management to meet revenue and operating targets and goals. Upon joining The Goldenberg Group in 1998, Ms. Ulrich’s focus was in the Lease Administration Department. Ms. Ulrich was responsible for the drafting of commercial tenant lease agreements, estoppels and SNDAs, as well as tracking all legal documentation from draft to execution. In 2000, Ms. Ulrich expanded her role with The Goldenberg Group and joined the Property Management Department as a Junior Property Manager, managing 600,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Ms. Ulrich was promoted to Property Manager in 2002, where her portfolio increased to 1.2 million square feet. In 2005, Ms. Ulrich was again promoted to Senior Property Manager, managing six assets totaling 2.3 million square feet. Throughout the 19+ years with The Goldenberg Group, Ms. Ulrich has always been a vital team player of the Asset Management Department, and offers her expertise by also mentoring her colleagues. Ms. Ulrich is a Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where she obtained her CSM and SCSM certifications. Ms. Ulrich also maintains her Pennsylvania Real Estate License, as well as an active member of the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. Most recently Ms. Ulrich was elected to serve as 1st Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the Western Lehigh Chamber of Commerce.
