Checking the quality of the crisp product and testing the oil and testing the product for fat content. I also have daily quality tasks which ranges from checking that all staff on shift have all PPE and that they are worn correctly. I also have to check the shifts paperwork and transfer the information collected to the spread sheets on the computer.Daily sample collections are also made for our traceability. Weekly tasks are internal audits around production areas and also pest control inside and the external of the factory. I also have experience in machine minding/team leading and supervising as other skills and so I tend to be utilised whenever the jobs need covered due to holidays and sickness.
