Grow ECD is determined to bring 5-star early learning to every neighbourhood that provides children with the quality learning they need to set them up for success. To achieve our vision, we equip and connect ECD businesses with the skills, support and resources they need to run professional Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres that are also financially sustainable businesses. As part of this, we have an integrated mobile application (App) that is available for free to any ECD centre in South Africa. This mobile App suite ensures ECD centre owners have all the tools, resources and training in the palm of their hand and includes tools and resources for teachers and parents.

Managed the University Bursary Program with 113 students at various universities across the country. Managed at the end to end process from Recruiting students to the program to assisting them for to be Work Ready designed the programme. Established the CSI Alumni Program from strategy to implementation and ensuring the participation of the alumni. Looked after the Mentorship Program, managed the end to end process recruiting mentors internally and matching them with the right mentee across the country. Look after different relations from both internal and eternal stakeholders. Managed relationships with various universities for different programs. Managed the High School Bursary Program from putting the strategy aligned to Investec in relations to STEM subjects - looking after the mentorship program for the High School Leaners and pairing them with a mentor. Involved in the overall strategy of the CSI Division and monitoring the implementation thereof. Managed my own budget, allocations and reconciliations for the programs. By 2017 I had a budget of over fifteen million rands per annum across the projects I managed.Created systems for the programs including budgets.
