• Research, write, and analyze, data impacting communities of color in education and and use strong written and verbal communication skills in order to influence shifts needed to better support families.
• Cross analyze CA dashboard data with financial supports given to schools to determine whether programs are positively impact student academic and social emotional learning.

• Support a team of intern teachers in building their teaching skills with focus on culturally responsive teaching, classroom management, and maintaining a safe classroom environment.
• Coach teachers and lead whole group sessions based on formal evaluations using quantitative data around redirection strategies, giving clear directions, and building positive and safe relationships with students.

Support 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students with math intervention. Re-teach in class thematic concepts and skills to students one-on-one for targeted supports.

Create and implement social emotional learning curriculum for after school elementary, focus on 4th/5th grade.

Individual cost-free tutoring to students of various grade levels in low income areas of San Francisco. Worked closely with student and parents to fit the specific learning needs of the students in math and English. Implementing strategies under the upcoming common core state standards to record student progress day-by-day and create reports using data such s initial testing scores, growth trends, and final testing scores in relation to the new strategies learned.

• Support the organization and analysis of qualitative + quantitative mixed methodological design (Morse, 2003) research around thriving, resiliency, and hope in Latinx communities in the Santa Barbara County.
• Input qualitative data as a coding scheme that was organized into categories, subcategories, and tertiary categories to analyze trends.
