INSURANCE PRODUCT AND MARKETING STRATEGYI am a mathematician turned marketer. As a marketer, I am a social scientist. My passion is to help people make good decisions for their lives. As a successful leader in developing and marketing group insurance products, my objective is to develop affordable products that address employees’ financial insecurities and which enable them to fulfill their own life’s goals. In marketing those products, I want to inspire them to see that the products we offer protect their most fundamental aspirations. I have accomplished these objectives by utilizing many of the tools of the marketing trade: market research, competitive analysis, CRM, data analysis and modeling, digital marketing, integrated marketing with multiple channels, dynamic sales presentations, event marketing, direct mail, advertising, brand development and management, and public relations. Like any successful product developer, I build strong cross-functional teams and I am devoted to the people I lead and serve. Accomplishing my objectives however has become especially difficult to attain with a growing segment of the population who live paycheck to paycheck. This is one reason why I am so passionate about the importance of equal access to quality education for all children and devote my personal time to organizing my church’s efforts in volunteering in the public school system. I deeply believe that the future of the country depends on enabling all its people to contribute fully and to be able to attain their dreams.
