  I am an accomplished classical pianist and also a writer. My current goal is to learn all of Brahms' shorter piano pieces. I began writing poems as a teenager and later wrote non-fiction articles as an outlet for my creative energy.In 1994, I entered into a loving second marriage. Today, I continue to expand my unique creative energy by writing in the genres of True Crime and Creative Non-Fiction. My wide range of life experiences include over eighteen years as the office manager, corporate event planner and trainer at a large oil company in Dallas, Texas. In 2002, I began my eleven year association with one of the best dentists in Tarrant County, John Michael Tate, DDS, as marketing and business assistant in his Southlake, Texas office. I continue to work with Dr. Tate on an as needed basis.A non-fiction article I wrote and published through Reader’s Digest sparked my interest in expanding my humorous takes on life situations by writing more articles and stories spiced with mystery, romance and humor.A few years ago, I began a friendship with Darlie Kee and developed an interest in finding out more about the wrongful conviction in 1997 of Darlie Routier (Mrs. Kee's daughter) who is on death row in Texas. I found many flaws and obvious discrepancies in the investigation, trial records, and evidence collection that led to the obviously unjust conviction of Darlie Routier. Something must be done to help the State of Texas complete DNA testing to prove her innocence. I will continue the fight to bring to light her innocence with a book I am writing for her benefit.I frequently review my favorite quote when tempted to watch TV instead of writing;“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening,that is translated through you into action.And because there is only one of you in all time,this expression is unique.
