Carol is a Senior Emergency Preparedness and Resilience Analyst with the National Preparedness Analytics Group within the Decision and Infrastructure Sciences Division at Argonne National Laboratory. Ms. Freeman has extensive expertise in the use of qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategies and evaluate results.
