Chassis related issues: rental, missing, damaging.Payment arrangement – work with AP on payment processing.Coordinating with the trucking team to ensure on schedule delivery, and empty containers return to the correct location.Coordinating with 4 warehouses to ensure on schedule offloading and empty time report.Assist supply chain, distribution, accounting and other departments for all the shipments related issues.Receiving & reviewing Letter of credit releasing documents.Signing original bill of lading and release shipments.Monitoring all inbound shipments status and updating in system.Maintain and update shipments database.Monthly shipments report.
