Procurement of Equipments including rotating, static equipments, instruments, pipe&valves, site works for building a new plant, the main activities includes: *Procurement strategy set up and implementation. *Organize/manage the tendering and bidding process *Strategic sourcing for new local and global suppliers *Contract drafting, negotiation of price, terms& conditions with local and global subcontractors. *Supplier/subcontractor management, including qualification, evaluation, relationship management... *Cross functional callaboration and communication with related stakeholders. *Project OPEX control including cost analysis, market forecast, cost improvement, budgetary support for project bidding. *Project claim management including claims &counter-claims, settlement negotiation with subcontractors including labor, site works, change orders… *Procurement risk management and mitigation plan for project execution. * Internal trainer of procurement knowledges and experiences.

*Deploys company stragegy to procurement team strategy, perform the missions of procurement in SCM and Product life cycle, controls all procurement resources and activities including:* Drive and conduct cost reduction including cost analysis,price negotiation, ensure the quality and on time delivery to meet supply chain day to day operation, inventory management(including lean and VMI) to acheive targeted turn over rate. * Lead supplier management including qualification, evaluation, SRM... to improve supplier performance.* Setup sourcing strategy* Project procurement management, cross functional calaboration. * Change management, risk management and lead the disputes, liability settlement with suppliers* Processing optimization and compliance.* EMS factories(eg. Foxconn...) management for the OEM products. * Team efficiency and KPI management.
