Spearhead strategic direction and delivery of LBG’s Disability Work Readiness Programme (DWRP) across entire UK operations in line with the Group’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy. Partner with Senior Leadership & HR teams to provide disability thought leadership to deliver a successful programme. Shape DWRP initiatives, measuring impact and change. Manage contract performance and annual renewals. Source and secure work experience (pledges) opportunities for disabled and disadvantaged candidates from various Group divisions.• Steer DWRP agenda across LBG, securing stakeholder commitment to provide opportunities for DWRP candidates, successfully meeting contract placement delivery targets• Responsible for day to day management of contracted budget and forecasting• Secure candidates from partner organisations; marketing DWRP opportunities, training staff and guiding candidates to attain monthly budget and forecast targets• Continually analyse and forecast management information (MI) to senior stakeholders, maintaining min 95% contract quality matrix target from LBG and candidate pipelines• Present monthly contract performance data / MI to senior stakeholders, devising action plans to remedy risks and attain GDPR and Health & Safety compliance
