-Continued general animal care and all Animal Events coordination and training.-Became the SSP Coordinator and Studbook Keeper for both the great hornbill and the Luzon bleeding heart dove.-Became part of chemical weapons team.-Took role as Incident Commander in venomous drills.-Coordinated all requests for animal related events. Revamped old, and created new Animal Events programs by creating completely new protocols, guidelines, and catalogue binders that streamlined the scheduling process and spread the workload more evenly across all staff. -Trained all new tour guides and event hosts in multiple departments.-In a budget deficit year, managed to be one of the only areas of the zoo with increased revenue.-Directly supervised a team of 6 keepers. -Guided numerous members of other teams in customer service, price evaluation, career development, social media, data recording for population management, and emergency response.

-Worked as animal keeper to birds (parrots, birds of prey, penguins, aviaries, flamingos, hornbills, and California condors) and herps (reptiles, amphibians, fish, invertebrates, and venomous snakes). -Fed, cleaned, trained and presented animals to the public.

-Bird Specialist, maintain bird and reptile department.-Supervised other employees.

-Responsible for husbandry and maintenance for 215 animals, feeding of the animals, basic medical care and procedures, daily enrichment for the animals.-Trained volunteers.

-Organized and directed tour groups ages 3-90. -Presented information on 23 species of African hoof stalk, 48 species of African, Asian, and South American birds, 2 species of primates, 2 species of felines, 1 species of fox and porcupine, and 5 species of reptiles.

-Worked as a handler on Aoudads, Fennec Foxes, Ring-tailed Lemurs, Black and White Ruffed Lemurs, Bearded Dragons, Sulcata Tortoises, Ball Pythons, Scarlet Ibis, Scarlet macaws, Sulfur- Crested Cockatoo, Crowned Cranes, Griffon Vulture, Great Indian Hornbill, and Abyssian Hornbills

-Helped create and lead games/activities that inform young children about the environment and animal conservation. -Worked with children ranging from 3-16 years old.
