Evaluate students referred for consideration for eligibility of related services of Occupational Therapy in the school setting. Work with students on caseload in the school setting to facilitate success in the academic setting, with a focus on fine motor, visual motor, visual perception, functional skills and sensory processing. COTA supervision. Maintain accurate records for treatment provided, IEP and progress reports, and billing.

Manage recruitment, training and staffing plan for delivery of therapy services for Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies to all units of the Acute Hospital, including the Emergency Department, ICU units (medical, surgical, neonate), Psychiatry, and med/surg following a protocol format for total joint, stroke, heart failure and COPD patient populations..Establish and monitor staff productivity, financial performance of the department. Facilitate the therapy department's contribution to multidisciplinary initiatives within the hospital and across the continuum - for protocol and the general patient population. Establish, train staff and monitor the department performance on Quality measures, preparation for regulatory inspections. Continual review and revision to therapy treatment programs.
