I have thirty four years of experience as a teacher, Principal, central office administrator and Superintendent of Schools. My goals are to utilize my knowledge and experience to lead others on the path of continuous improvement. I am a tireless advocate of high quality instruction that improves student learning, the use of assessment to drive instruction and excellence and equity for every student. I am a high energy educator with a very collaborative style. I enjoy learning with others and consider myself an innovative leader of real and meaningful change.Future goals include teaching at the college/ university level, working with prospective administrators and opening a consulting business.
