I currently serve as the educational leader and CEO of a suburban pre-K through grade 12 school district of just under 1700 students. I am responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of the district, strategic planning, hiring and supervising a strong administrative team, setting goals for improvement , monitoring and reporting results , creating a culture of innovation, collaboration and instructional excellence and communicating with the community. I work with a dedicated five member School Committee and a talented eight member administrative team.

Quaboag Regional School District

I was the educational leader for the two towns of Warren and West Brookfield MA. I worked with an 11 member School Committee. I supervised a leadership team of 7 Principals and department directors in a regional school district of 1600 students. I developed a multiyear strategic plan, expanded curriculum, worked collaboratively with teachers to improve instruction, increased the transparency of the school budget, reversed a significant problem with school choice and earned the trust of the town regarding school funding.

Greenfield Public Schools

I was the administrator that was second in command to the Superintendent of Schools. I oversaw the entire instructional agenda for the district including curriculum renewal and development, instructional programs, managing the district's assessment plan, working with leaders and teachers on committees, professional development, writing and managing $3M in grants both entitlement and competitive , developing and managing a budget, working collaboratively with Principals and tracking performance results for the district.

Greenfield Public Schools

I was the educational leader of a small high poverty elementary school. Responsible for all leadership and management of the school, I worked with the faculty and staff to transform the underperforming school into a highly successful magnet school that had a waiting list at every grade. The curriculum was Core Knowledge and we were a school wide Responsive Classroom school. The talented faculty and staff took student achievement from the lowest in the district to close tomthe highest. I also served as the district's $1M Director of Title 1 and Instruction for the last year of this position.
