I led the group responsible for sales and marketing and the P & L for $2.0B global dairy ingredients business within Land O'Lakes Dairy Food Division. My group was responsible for the sales and marketing of ingredients like non-fat dried milk, and whey powders on a B2B basis to key domestic and international food manufacturers, developing enterprise -wide strategies and solutions. I was a member of the company wide Senior Strategy Team.

As part of the senior team at Land O'Lakes, I was responsible for key growth areas in the company including business development and International. These responsibilities include: external development / M & A, oversight of company wide planning process, and development and implementation of company wide sustainability initiatives. I worked closely with all company operating units on developing and implementing their strategies outside the US. Finally I directly managed our in country investments in China.
