Managed a call center helping providers & members/patients of the Community Group Practices wade thru the authorization process for services ordered by their MD and what would or would not be covered by their insurance co. Helped develop new programs to cut thru the red tape involved with the health insurance industry, and to institute new & better streamling of this entire process for the Southern Region of the Dartmouth system.

Handled the day-to-day orders from local Physicians for the patients who were predominetly covered by medicare, to be able to obtain services in their homes, vna scheduling, hospice services, PT/OT/ST in the home, as well as equipment, ie wheelchairs, etc.
