On busy weekends, when I saw lift chairs going up the mountain with empty seats, I would wave to the next person in the singles line to join and start filling those chairs. My children were mortified, but people behind me would clap and thank me for enabling the lines to move faster. I have a knack for seeing the system, challenging the status quo, and driving improvements fast.It took me some time to find what I am good at and then make a career from it, but once I found it, I couldn’t stop. Simply, I am really good at making things more efficient. I am not afraid of taking risks; we learn the most from our mistakes! I believe there is nothing that can’t be done when you have a talented diverse team focused. When problems do arise, there is nothing like a good sense of humor and chocolate. I approach challenges through inclusive and collaborative leadership, which I found drives exceptional outcomes even in the most complex and ambiguous situations.
