I have over twenty years of payroll, H/R, A/R, A/P and office administration experience. There have been major changes in computer software during each of my employment opportunities. I was able to learn each program quickly and ended up training others.While I was with Aurora Behavioral Healthcare, I was responsible for the bi-weekly payroll and accounts payable. Aurora was still in the startup phase when I was hired. I was given the task of setting up the accounts payable and payroll systems and procedures. We use Kronos for timekeeping and payroll processing. We have an in house payable program called Doclink for invoice processing which is linked to MAS500 for payable processing. In my position as payroll clerk at Hansel Auto Group I was responsible for bi-weekly, semi-monthly and commission payrolls for two car dealerships using an ADP in house payroll system. When I took over doing our contract driver payroll I was able to streamline the spreadsheets and journal entry sheets so that the payroll could be processed quickly and with better accuracy.When I was with the Salvation Army I assisted the administrator with the day to day running of the facility as well as payroll and HR functions.
