Carol Munnings Misiewicz , Head of MISIEWICZ & CO (“me – shay – vitch”) law firm, is a lawyer with 25 years of experience practicing in all courts of The Bahamas including the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court and the Magistrates Courts.She spent over 6 years in the Attorney General’s Office where responsibilities included advising several government ministries and departments on their legal and contractual obligations, prosecuting criminal cases, pursuing recovery of taxes, and representing the Attorney General and Commissioner of Police in personal injury claims.
