As an Implementation Services Coordinator in Field Implementation at Cambium Learning Group, Carol supported school districts across the country. She delivered product training in reading and math for K-12 teachers, conducted site visits, and provided ongoing professional development. She served large urban and suburban school districts in California, Illinois, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Wisconsin, Iowa, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and Utah. Prior to joining Cambium, Carol worked as a Literacy First Consultant with districts and leadership teams in the implementation of the reading reform process. Her responsibilities included the ongoing professional development of K-6 schools over 3-year contractual periods in Minnesota, North Carolina, and Oklahoma. As an adjunct instructor at the University of Oklahoma, she directed the diagnosing, lesson planning, and data-driven tutoring of K-8 students by her preservice teachers. In addition, she was in public education for 20 years and taught grades 2, 4, 5, as well as grades 6,7,8 alternate school.
