Hello, I am Carol Ann Rushton, Network Manager employed by AT&T. I was blessed with the opportunity to rejoin the AT&T family. I worked in retail management for 4 years after 20+ years with AT&T in Network Operations. I excel in customer support, associate training, inventory control, analyzing P & L, merchandise ordering and cash management. I am skilled in team management with detailed focus on efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness. I have excellent customer service skills and expect the same from my team. I am also Technical savvy with decades of experience leading and supporting a wide range of projects and activities including network operations, network control, network force and load, and service management. I have an established track record in providing support and troubleshooting/resolving complex issues with the goal of maximizing benefits of network and systems technology.
