As a passionate educator and life-long learner, Carol continues to develop her knowledge and understanding of best practises in teaching in order to help teachers create an environment which supports the development of the whole child, and guide students to develop personal attributes, attitudes, understandings, knowledge and skills that will help them succeed in, and shape, this 'brave new world' that awaits them. As an independent education consultant, Carol's focus is on helping shape curriculum, and offer guidance in strategies for implementation and classroom management, with the well being and personal and academic growth of the student at heart. There is a 'sea change' in education with real opportunity to break from the straight-jacket world of standardised education and, with her experience and expertise, Carol looks forward to contributing to making that change happen.
