● Responsible for the end-to-end supervision of a multi-million-dollar ASIC development efforts that support HPE Aruba's multi-billion-dollar wired business product portfolio.● Coordinate with external vendors, managing cost negotiations and ensuring on-time delivery of ASIC IP using cutting edge technology nodes and engineering services.● Define the strategic roadmap of Networking ASICs and coordinate the alignment with the product roadmap which requires other parts of the organization such as marketing, software and hardware organizations.● Oversee architecture leadership and strategic planning for projects, ensuring alignment with product development timelines and quality standards.● Lead and manage a team of over 60 contributors, including engineers, project managers, and interns, overseeing architecture, RTL design and physical design and verification.● Provide supervisory discretion in coordinating hardware and software teams, as well as marketing and testing teams to ensure a successful and high-quality release of high-margin products.
