• Manages projects of varying levels of complexity and works on multiple projects simultaneously (e.g., conversions, implementations, migrations, product launches) while proficiently supporting clients on multiple company platforms.• Serves as a primary point of contact to an assigned group of approximately 20 clients and works to ensure client retention and satisfaction through the development and maintenance of client relationships.• Works with clients to set up/format new messages on daily confirms, Investor statements and compliance mailings.• Acts as a liaison between the client and our programming support staff.• Participates in Disaster Recovery exercises.• Gathers and documents requirements for projects of all scopes/sizes, prepare and present information to the client, complete accounts receivable collections, monitor SLA compliance, monitor contract terms and conditions, and perform user acceptance testing.• Provides daily 24-hour on-call support to customers.• Reconciled/QC’d monthly billing.
