Provide consultation and direction to leaders and teams on performance improvement methodologies, business process management, assures that organization-wide PI and BPM initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness; participate in organizational strategic planning and provide leadership for PI policy development; provide leadership and coordination for improving the organization's core functions and evaluating the impact that systems improvements have on the organization; and researches and develops PI training programs that focus on enabling the labor force to achieve improvements. Responsible for developing and deploying The Way We Improve Framework. Development of capability programs and curriculum that supports complex transformational change, strategic projects, operational projects, and workforce development. Additionally, advises on tactics to integrate The Way We Improve common problem-solving approach into everyday management practices, leadership activities, and daily operations. Matching elementary school children with a one on one mentor. Mentoring a child that was a part of the program. Organizing events for children and their mentors to attend together. Keeping record of every visit and keeping great communication with the school counselor about each child in the program.

Provided onsite youth leadership at meetings and special events. Helped plan and implement the ministry in our community. Kept records of donations and ensured that donors recieved a receipt of their donations. Sending out updates and personal letters from the Executive Director.
