I am a an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and results-driven servant leader with a proven ability to convene diverse constituents and create collaborative public and private partnerships across nonprofit, governmental, and business sectors to solve big challenges with a natural ability to inspire trust and followership across a diverse array of stakeholders through compelling influence, powerful charisma, passion in my beliefs, and drive towards action.I take great pride in serving as the President & CEO of Upskill NWA, where established the vision and values of the organization. I lead a team of dedicated and passionate servant leaders committed to transformative work. Together, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of Northwest Arkansas families.Our mission at Upskill NWA is to connect under-employed and under-represented individuals with their dream careers. Every day, we work towards this goal by providing equitable access to education, offering coaching and mentoring to navigate the educational system, connecting individuals with essential wrap-around services, and ultimately assisting them in securing higher-wage jobs in the healthcare sector.
