Her 20+ year career covers multiple verticals including technology deployment, software as a service, athletics, entertainment, and mortgage finance. She is driven by the belief that every company large or small has a story, and it is her passion to convey that story to the world. Her commitment to building, training, and deploying enterprise grade sales forces is without parallel. Her success has helped many organizations including companies like Integris Projects, LLC, ImageNet Consulting, the Houston Astros, BB&T Bank, Allegiance Bank, IBC Bank, Direct Energy, the Texans, the Rockets, the University of Houston, Memorial Hermann, UT Health, Rice University, Countrywide Home Loans, and others. Carol’s passion for grassroots to enterprise growth models is truly world class. For global BPO’s like Flatworld, her team has lead major initiatives into mortgage and enterprise level insurance partnership campaigns. None the less she also serves countless “startups” helping them launch – minimal staff yet maximum results. Carol is a resident of the Woodlands, TX. She maintains an active life with her church, outing events, and raising her two sons – Izzy and Caleb.
