Project manager for the implementation of the Computrition Dietary System and Skylight Interactive Patient Services application concurrent with the opening of a new facility in Goodyear, Arizona. Interfaced both systems to the existing Eclipsys HCIS, authored training materials, facilitated geographically diverse teams and a tight timeline with limited resources. Scope of project included room service meal ordering for patients and automation of diet orders and kitchen ticket printing.
