 Reported revenue and expense information to the corporate office on a monthly basis. Responsible for A/P, A/R, Payroll, and monthly billing for the top 4 stations in the market. Responsible for weekly forecasting and yearly budgeting as well as variance analysis on expense and revenue. Supervised G&A staff which included the receptionist and traffic personnel.

=Wrote and managed state and federal grants; sought local funding for shelter. Served as support person for women and children who came through the shelter. Spoke to the public as part of raising funds and awareness on how to help the battered woman and her family.  PVFV was a consensus based organization from the time of formation until 1996.

 Transitioned company from paper ledger to computer based software. Maintained tax information for all of the partners as well as Mr. McGowan personally. Responsible for A/P, A/R and Joint Interest Billing on a monthly basis and supervised Payroll. McGowan Working Partners was the largest independent producer in MS at that time. Using Excel and OGSYS, an oil and gas software system, devised a method to report information on a very detailed level while maintaining partner information on a consolidated level. Provided variance analysis on income and expense basis
