 Supervise up to 60 employees on multiple production lines (midnight shift) Scheduling work activities and employees for all three company shifts Production planning and reporting using Prism Ensure health and safety standards are always met Conduct Production motivation meetings and employee performance appraisals Labour control reports for full time and occasional employees for all three shifts Liaison with company clients Problem solving for production and packaging line equipment Ensure products meet or exceed company quality and cost standards Training of employees on line equipment, policies and procedures
