I worked with agency executives supporting strategy formulation and implementation around business growth and retention in the Chicago and Houston markets. Using SAS and Excel based models I was able to provide insights directly feeding into business strategies around growth, retention and cross-sell opportunities across State Farm’s product lines. Supervised a data collection team in Ndola,Zambia as well as a data entry team in Urbana-Champaign for a Heifer International program. Surveyed 300 farmers in Zambia and used STATA for data analysis.
