As a consultant, I help enterprises to understand who are the people they are designing for. I'm an experienced user researcher with background in sociology and anthropology. I currently conduct human-centered design research practices with the social sciences approach. My agenda is to create humanized technology and I do this by leading designers and researchers how to understand people. Specifically, I frame and define problems, scope projects, create research goals and objectives, determine best methodologies, design interview guides, conduct research, analyze data, report and present recommendations to drive business decisions.
