Designed the interoperable National Registry of Alternative Care in Mozambique, led by the Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Action.Established a multisectoral mechanism among the General Attorney, Justice system, and Social Welfare sector to develop forms and guidelines for registering information about children in residential care centers, with a specific focus on children in need of alternative care. Also developed forms for the Court and Social Action to manage Alternative Care processes.

Worked with key national programs in the LAC region to design and deliver innovative alternative care models within the region.Supported the development of a regional alternative care strategy aPanelist in the International Alternative Care Conference 3 to 5 of October 2016 in Geneva.Represented RELAF when appropriate at international, continental, and national conferences, working groups, and platforms of relevance, with a focus on Mexico and Brazil.
