•Recruited to TE Connectivity by the Global Manager, OD & Leadership – formerly a colleague at a previous employer.•For a group of leaders from Asia, Europe, and the U.S., selected for the top leadership development program, facilitated the Leadership Versatility Index® 360 feedback and coaching process and activities that increased self-understanding beyond competencies. At the program, facilitated 1 of 6 concurrent working sessions and received the highest rating compared to the other facilitators. •Led an OD intervention with an Operation’s leadership team that enabled the team to begin to shift from a regional siloed structure to a global, aligned structure. Surfaced and managed discussion of a previously unexamined multicultural issue that was hampering the shift to the new team structure. •Trained facilitators in the U.S. and Europe to interpret engagement survey results, ensuring that the business leaders and action planning teams they supported, accurately and quickly understood the data and implemented the most impactful actions to increase engagement.
