CAROL L. ADAMS, MPM, CEM, CBCP, MEP Carol Adams is a Senior Systems Analyst and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Coordinator for Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Carol remains focused on protecting our nations critical infrastructure through Homeland Security and Emergency Management initiatives while serving on various executive boards, work groups and think tanks. Carol has served the region for greater than 30 years as a career professional with ALCOSAN. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Carlow College and Master of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University. She maintains professional certifications and instructor credentials through the Department of Homeland Security, International Association of Emergency Managers, Disaster Recovery Institute International, National Pro-Board (Hazardous Materials Operations), Pennsylvania State Fire Academy, Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, Allegheny County Fire Academy, and the American Red Cross.
