In addition to INEOS Styrenics, assumed HR Manager responsibilities also for INEOS Melamines, INEOS Films, and INEOS Chlor, supporting 6 locations in 5 US states.• Led HR transition from BASF to INEOS Styrenics.• Integrated unionized Texas City, TX, facility into INEOS Styrenics after acquisition.• Member of HR due diligence team in preparation of INEOS NOVA joint venture.
