Hey there! 👋Born in Colombia, I didn't have the easiest start in life. But that never stopped me from dreaming big and believing in possibilities.Over the years, I learned to turn those dreams into reality. 𝘏𝘰𝘸? By combining courage with strategic planning, staying curious and adaptable, and turning every challenge into an opportunity for growth 🌱.𝗔 𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆👠With over 10y of professional experience, my career began in the fashion industry when I created an online store during my bachelor's degree. The business scaled up quickly and became a great platform to develop skills in customer acquisition and negotiation. But despite this early success, I knew I wasn’t ready to settle.🌍 Driven by a thirst for broader knowledge and new experiences, I chose to push my boundaries and came to Europe for my Master’s. It wasn’t an easy decision to leave my family behind, but it was a pivotal step towards my personal and professional development.🚗 After graduating, I embarked on a new chapter with one of the world's leading automotive brands. During this journey, I had the opportunity to transition across different roles and enhance my expertise in data analytics, strategic planning, and effective communication. My experiences in these varied roles honed my skills in process optimization, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration, providing me with strong commercial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of the industry.🎓 Then in 2022, my curiosity led me to the world of coaching. I made the bold decision to leave my job and pursue professional certification. To ensure what I was learning was not just “spiritual entertainment,” I built my own business. This venture allowed me to apply my newfound skills in real-life scenarios and upskill in areas like AI prompt engineering, brand development, storytelling, and client acquisition.𝗢𝗳𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸🤸🏽‍♀️ When I'm not working, I'm probably traveling, learning German (ja, it takes time), buried in a good book (currently reading “Antifragile”), meditating, catching up with my favorite podcasts (the list is topped by “The Huberman Lab,” “Impact Theory University,” and “The Diary of a CEO”), or spending quality time with the people that matter the most in my life.𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀🧭 I’m driven by courage, resilience, curiosity and empathy.
