About Carol O'Connor

I specialize in leadership development and business strategy and have worked as a consultant and trainer for 40 years. I've authored eight business advisory books with the most recent, 'Secrets of Great Leaders' (Hodder) and the fifth edition of 'Successful Leadership' (Hodder) widely read and well reviewed. Successful Leadership is now in 22 foreign editions including Chinese, French, German, Ukraine, and Spanish. My company serves clients in corporate, public sector and the professionss, offering programme design, lecturing, presentation and writing. All of the courses I develop are interactive and use case studies and examples that match a client's individual needs. A recently published study paper examined organizational growth. Another presented ways to create unity in top teams.
